William Dale Miley

March 5, 1977 - August 21, 2021

It comes with great sorrow to announce the passing of my beloved son William Dale Miley (Albritton) who passed away on August 21,2021, after his lengthy battle with the Covid19 virus. Dale was born on March 5,1977, in Plant City, Florida, to the parents of Kathy Jo Wilde and Horace William Miley. Dale had many passions and loved his family dearly. He was a truck driver and found such peace while out on the open road, and he enjoyed the freedom of being his own boss while traveling through the United States. He also loved Country Music (George Strait) and he loved the rodeos. Some of his best times were when he would attend rodeos where his brother, Jimbo Albritton, was a rodeo bull fighter. He enjoyed being a part of his brother’s life and spending his free time with his brother’s family. Dale was very close to everyone he ever met. He never met a stranger, and he believed in giving everyone a chance. He always put his family first. Dale leaves behind his mother, Kathy Jo Wilde, who lives in Kissimmee, FL; his brother, Jimbo Albritton, who resides in Aubrey, Texas; two stepfathers - William Wilde, of Kissimmee, FL, and Gregory Albritton of Zolfo Springs, FL. Relatives include an aunt, Cindy Young, of Kissimmee, FL, and an uncle, Tommy Zimmer, of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by 8 cousins, 3 nieces, and 2 nephews Dale leaves us all with a lifetime of cherished memories. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. Son, you have gained your wings and will forever be our Guardian Angel watching over us all, as you have always done. We love you, Dale. We will be having a graveside service for him at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery in Kissimmee, Florida located at 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, FL, October 1st, 2021 at 11:00 AM (in the old section across the street from the main building). There will be a Celebration of Life for him October 2, 2021, at 5:00 pm - located at 1520 Stokes Road, Lake Wales, FL 33898
