Christopher Smith

Christopher (Chris) Michael Smith, 36 passed away unexpectedly December 24, 2021. Chris was born on January 19, 1985 to Martin and Felicia (Costantino) Smith in Farmington, Connecticut. He moved to Florida in 2013. Chris graduated from Holy Cross High School in Waterbury CT and received a bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering and Recording at the University of New Haven. Chris worked for the RSR Group in Winter Park. Christopher leaves behind a loving wife, Leanora (Megura) Smith and two dachshunds, whom he loved dearly, Snoope and Eva. In addition, he leaves behind his maternal grandmother, Giovanna Costantino and several uncles and aunts, as well as six cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Angelo Costantino, and paternal grandparents, Richard and Doris Smith. Chris was an Eagle Scout of Troop 138 in Naugatuck, CT. He loved firearms and was an avid A-2 supporter. He enjoyed political conversations. Chris loved music, especially recording and attending concerts. He enjoyed playing guitar and learning new songs to play. Most importantly, Christopher loved spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He had a big smile and was always a happy guy. In 2019, Christopher received a life-changing kidney transplant after being on dialysis for 6 long years. Chris was a fighter and got through every obstacle life threw at him.
