Minette Shawn Martin

Minette Shawn Martin was born on Sep 8th, 1972 a daughter of Amon Nealy Martin & Bonnie Kathryn Martin Shackelford. Minette passed away on Nov 22, 2022 she lived in her family home in St. Cloud, Fl. during her adult years. She also lived in Baxter,TN and Tusculoosa, Al. Preceded in death by her father; Nealy St Cloud, FL. cousin Joshua Cooper Lake Placid, FL. cousin Michael Martin Palm Bay, Fl, cousin Justin Martin Melbourne, Fl Uncles Larry Wayne Martin Melbourne, Fl and William Ronald Martin Baxter, TN. Grandparents George & Kathryn Myers Amon & Flossie Martin many wonderful great grandparents, Great Aunts and uncles from Tennessee, Michigan and Florida. My daughter Minette Shawn Martin passed shortly after her 50th birthday peacefully at home. Minette rested on her strong Christian faith in GOD. Her favorite scriptures were 1st Peter 1:3, Psalm 91 and 1st Corinthians 13. Minette loved country gospel music and she loved to sing. She played piano and guitar in her younger years, as well as writing several songs. In her later years she took to writing; she said to inspire herself as well as others. She continued her *Walk with Me* stories her. Granny Myers instilled in her. Minette was totally devoted to working with Give Kids the World Foundation, as she worked in Entertainment at Disney Word. Her other passion was working as a CNA and caregiver for the handicap and elderly. She loved and cared for each patient as her own family. Minette's favorite companion was her Curr dog, Ruger from Tn. They were great therapy for each other, spending every day walking, talking and caring for each other. Ruger suddenly passed at the age of 7 this past August. Minette is survived by her Mother, Bonnie, Sister Anissa Whaley, Brother in law Kip Whaley, Nephew Kip Weston Whaley, Nieces Shayla Grace, Kelsey Amber Dawn and Alexandria Gail Whaley. Many Aunt Uncles and cousins from Melbourne, Fl, Raleigh, NC,Tennessee, and Michigan. Each and everyone of them share our great memories of the great outdoors, living and loving life as a faith based family. Minette will always be in our hearts as she rests with the "Angels in our Midst" Thank you, Minette Shawn to you and our GOD for your "Walk with Me" for 50 years. Always Loving you
