Marjorie Cunningham

Marjorie Hill- Cunningham was born December 17, 1946 to the late Herman Bucknell and Imogene Butler. She departed this life on November 8th, 2016. Marjorie was born in Kingston Jamaica, she attended school in Jamaica and then went off to become a beautician. Famous for her dance moves on a hit TV show in the 60's called young world and where is at. After having three small children, Marjorie was reconnected with a longtime friend Egbert Hill whom she married and moved to Miami, Fl she went on to have 2 more children. Marjorie worked for North Shore hospital as a Pharmacist Technician for 15 years. Marjorie was the most humble kindest person you could ever meet. She would do anything to help and you will not ever leave her home without something in your hands. She was a giver, a kind soul, humanitarian of her life time. Today we honor her love and devotion and beautiful spirit. Marjorie was preceded in death by her late husband Egbert George Hill and Mother Imogene Beason and Father Herman Bucknell . She leaves behind her husband, Prince Cunningham Marjorie will be sadly missed by her children, Mark A. Hill, Annmarie S. Mitchell, Maurice C. Hill, Nickola S. Hill- McClary and Michelle M. Hill. Brother, Linden A. Beason, Sisters, Gloria Beason, Colleen A. Beason, Jennifer Bucknell -Campbell, Nieces: Racheal Beason, Antoineica Beason, Danielle Richards ,Jelisa Beason-Miller, Michelle Beason and Tamoi Johnson. Nephews: Jaeson Cooper, Johnny Beason, Jenard Smith, Opoku Johnson, Kebra Johnson and Tafari Knight. Grandchildren: Jasmine Hill, Jabari Hill, Jayla Hill, Amauri Davis, Touren Thurston Jr. and Noa Smith. Cousins: Lloyd Butler, Pauline Linton , Neville Campbell, Chris Campbell, Winston Campbell, Gerald Fuller and Lorna Fuller. Close Friends: Joetta Beckford -Newman and Walter Newman, Monica Pryce, Delores Newman, Delores Mckenzie , Janette Swanson, Sylvia Capehart and a host of loving family and friends. The Hill Family will like to extend a special thank you to: Joetta Beckford-Newman, Monica Pryce and Jennifer Bucknell- Campbell. We could never repay you for your love, commitment, support and fight for Marjorie in her last days here on earth. We love you and thank you from the bottom of our's hearts.
