Lost the love of my life, my Sweetheart. In Loving Memory of Maurice Daniel LeBlond Maurice Daniel LeBlond, our Danny, gracefully ascended to become an angel on February 3rd, 2024, at the age of 81, surrounded by the warmth of his home at 606 Virginia Avenue, Saint Cloud, FL 34769. Danny passed away peacefully in his sleep, succumbing to the gentle embrace of natural causes. Born in Lewiston, Maine, Danny's journey through life was marked by a dedication to service, as he was drafted into the Army. His degree in Aviation Aerospace was proudly earned from Embry Riddle in Miami. After his military service, he continued his career as an ironworker in New England, a proud member of Local 496. He ventured to Florida where he served as a project manager for Saint Cloud Welding and Fabrication, seamlessly blending his work with a passion for travel during semi-retirement. In loving memory, Danny LeBlond was preceded in death by his father, Maurice LeBlond, mother Lucienne Brazas LeBlond, and brother Richard LeBlond. He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Ireland LeBlond, son Jack LeBlond, daughter Grace Ireland, and brother David LeBlond. Additionally, Danny is remembered by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, stepchildren Joshua Ireland, Justin Ireland, Mike Everett, Dan Everett, Karen Everett-Miller, and Mia Pross, as well as two cherished grandchildren, Emma and Haylee Ireland, will forever hold his memory close. A man of boundless kindness, Danny touched the lives of everyone he encountered. His affable nature, love for family, and zest for life were evident in his various passions. From avidly following sports, especially his beloved New England Patriots, to soaring the skies as a pilot and later enjoying the art of RC airplanes, Danny lived life to the fullest. His joy extended to his role as a grandfather, where he relished in teaching his grandchildren about history and creating lasting memories during camping adventures. In celebrating the life of Maurice Daniel LeBlond, we remember our Danny, a man who not only excelled in his professional pursuits but also embraced the simple joys of life with a genuine and caring heart. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him, and the memory of his warm spirit will continue to inspire us all. May he rest in eternal peace.
