Lonese Simeon

Lonese Simeon, 69, natural of Dame Marie, Haiti, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2019 at her home in Orlando, Florida. She is survived by her beloved husband Bernard Simeon; by her children: James Simeon (Sonja), Bermante Nancy Lafontant, Berlande Sutherland (Scott), Lidny Simeon and Tanya Simeon; by her grandchildren: Jamie, Dileana, Michael, Isaiah, Lucas, Tanya, Karen, Cole, Jayden, Janelle and Luca; by her siblings: Jean Paul, Rosléne, Leclére, Ciliany and Otilio; as well as her extended family and friends. Lonese was a loving and caring person, always loved to help others without even knowing them. Lonese was a fantastic cook. She loved to prepare meals for her family and friends. Her traditional Haitian cuisines were truly appetizing, and she would share her preparations with everyone. Lonese was a very spiritual individual. She walked by faith and believed in the word of God. She lived her life by the ministry of Christ and showed compassion to everyone she encountered. Furthermore, Lonese also enjoyed being active and keeping up with her health. She loved to go for walks around the community and do selective exercises around the house. Lonese had an outgoing personality and a contagious smile. She saw good in everyone and always promoted a positive mindset towards her family and friends. She will forever be remembered and loved by all those who knew her. May she rest in peace. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Kissimmee, FL. Religious services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the First Haitian Baptist Church of Kissimmee, followed by Christian Burial at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery in Kissimmee, FL. After burial services the family will hold a reception at Party Propz in Kissimmee, FL. and they invite all present guests to attend.
