Kevin Michael Rosa

Kevin Michael Rosa, age 42, passed into eternity on Monday, August 2, 2021. Born in Bridgeport, CT and a current resident of St. Cloud, FL. Kevin was a loving husband to his wife of 17 years, Deborah Rosa, a loving father to Phoenix Rosa, 10, and a toy Pomeranian named Wooly. The world lost an amazing Audio/Visual Engineer, who traveled often for work all over the U.S. to provide top-notch audio-visual experiences for live shows, concerts, and productions. Kevin lived his dream and lived his life to the fullest. A true comedian at heart, he had a way of making everyone around him laugh. He enjoyed playing pranks and poking fun of the people he really loved. Most importantly, he was a devout Christian who used his plethora of talents to honor God. Kevin was a choir director for years and put on various faith-based productions with his wife Debbie at Good Shepherd Christian Church in Bridgeport, CT, and Bethel Christian Church in Orlando, FL. He was also a drummer, a pianist, a vocalist, and an actor. His many talents will be greatly missed. Kevin is survived by his father Michael A. Rosa, and his mother, Carmen L. Rosa, of Bridgeport, CT. Kevin has a large family who will miss him greatly including his mother-in-law, Julia Concepcion; sisters-in-law: Julie Concepcion & Leslie Gutierrez; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Rosa, Michael Concepcion, Nayja Gutierrez, Tim Gutierrez, and Shiloh Gutierrez; his aunts: Gloria E. Rosa, Yolanda Sosa, Mary Grace Vargas, Moncy Vargas and Mary Vargas; his uncles: Neville Rosa, Sr., Jose Vargas, Hector Vargas and Mike Sosa; his cousins: Neville De la Rosa, Jr., Dr. Brian M. De la Rosa, Victoria "Vikki" L. Rosa-Garcia, Stacy Alamo, Erica Gonzalez, Hector Vargas, Migdalia "Micki" Reyes, Richie Vargas, Jose Vargas, Jr., William "Billy" Vargas, Robert "Bobby" Vargas, Jr., Dawn Vargas Schmidt, Lisa Vargas, Sonia Alicea, Nydia Caro, Wilfredo Vargas, Jeffery Vargas, Crystal Vargas, and Nyla Vargas and predeceased by his uncles: Salvador Vargas Jr., Robert Vargas Sr., Juan Soto, Herminio Caro; Aunts: Alice Caro and Ivette Rosa & cousin, Nelson Vargas; Grandparents: Flor & Salvador Vargas Sr., Tomas & Isabel Rosa. The Celebration of Life Service for Kevin will be held on Friday, August 13 at Greeneway Church, 3400 Hunter’s Creek Blvd., Orlando, FL 32837 with a Friends & Family viewing from 5-7 p.m., and a Worship Service beginning at 7 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 14 at Osceola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Kissimmee Chapel, 1717 Old Boggy Creek Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Interment immediately following the Service at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1717 Old Boggy Creek Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
