It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Francine Cosides, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully on February 12, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on May 1, 1955, in Ozone Park, Queens NY, Francine was a woman whose infectious laugh, bubbly personality, and radiant presence lit up every room she entered. Francine was a dedicated Catholic school teacher for over 30 years, a career she was incredibly passionate about. She earned her degree in Education from CW Post and continued to pursue her studies toward a Master's degree at St. John’s University, always striving to better herself in her field. But her greatest achievement was being the proud mother of her three daughters—Nicole, Lauren, and Amanda. Francine’s love for her family was truly boundless. Francine was lovingly married to her devoted husband, Allen, for 43 years. Their bond was truly inseparable; they shared a life full of laughter, love, and unwavering support. Whether it was traveling, spending time at home, or simply enjoying each other’s company, they did everything together. Their love for one another was a testament to the depth of their commitment and devotion, and Allen is deeply saddened by the loss of his soulmate, who was his partner in every sense of the word. Francine was an ardent supporter of her girls, always there to cheer them on, offer her advice, or simply listen. She was the best mother anyone could ask for—loyal, loving, and full of joy. She shared many fond memories with her daughters, including shopping trips, family travels, and frequent visits to Disney, where she found joy in creating magical moments. Francine had an unshakeable bond with her beloved dogs, Oliver and Harley, who brought her endless joy and were her loyal companions every day. Her interests were as vibrant as her personality. Francine loved music, especially disco, and was known for her spontaneous dance parties in the living room. She also had a passion for fashion, always dressing up and looking her best, no matter the occasion. Francine is survived by her loving husband, Allen, and her cherished daughters Nicole, Lauren and Amanda. She is also deeply missed by her extended family and countless friends, all of whom were blessed to know her. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her unwavering kindness and warmth. A wake will be held on Sunday, February 23rd, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Osceola Memory Garden in Saint Cloud, FL. A Mass will take place on Monday, February 24th, at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Saint Cloud, FL. Burial will follow at Osceola Memory Garden in Kissimmee, FL. Francine's passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but the love she shared will continue to live on in all who knew her.
