Elizabeth A. Johnson

Elizabeth A. Johnson, age 69, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020. Elizabeh Ann McLean Johnson was born October 17,1950 in the beautiful island of St. Kitts W.I. in St. Peters Parish. She went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2020. She is the youngest daughter of Joseph Hendrickson and Theodosia McLean. Elizabeh’s older siblings described her as beautiful, smart, and always assisting others. Elizabeh at the age of 18 moved to St. Croix, Virgin Islands to begin working and to send support to her mother in St. Kitts. Her first job was as a waitress and this is where she met Roy Anduze and they were then married. During their union four children were born: Paul Anduze, Shermain Anduze, Nicole Anduze, and Jamal Anduze. They were also blessed with a fifth family member Annette Anduze. Roy and Elizabeh built a home together in St. Croix and Elizabeh began a home daycare and was a dedicated homemaker. Elizabeh was a faithful member of the SDA Church C/Sted in St. Croix. She remained in St. Croix for 20 years until relocating to Orlando, FL with her children. Elizabeh started her new life in Orlando, FL and began attending Patmos Seven Day Adventist Church in Winter Park, FL. Elizabeh was the Head Deaconness, Path Finder Leader, and Choir Member. She was a dedicated and loyal member. Elizabeh began working at Florida Hospital where she was considered a hard worker and team player. She went on to begin working in childcare at Winners Pre-School Daycare. The children and staff were blessed to have her as the Educational Director but more importantly she loved the interaction with and caring for the children. Elizabeh met her husband Victor Johnson while employed at the daycare. Elizabeh and Victor enjoyed traveling, fellowshipping with friends and family, and spending time together. Elizabeh was a God-fearing, spiritual, compassionate, generous, and phenomenal woman. Whenever she was greeted and asked how she was doing, her response was, “I am blessed and highly favored’. Elizabeh was a great mom, always there for her kids and extremely supportive. Eizabeh was one of the most down to earth women you could meet and her faith in God always remained strong. Elizabeh was the pillar of her family. Rest easy ladybug, now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord my soul to keep and if I shall die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take. Elizabeh leaves to cherish her memory: A loving husband, Victor Johnson; Daughter, Annette Anduze, Son, Paul Anduze (Sue), Daughter, Shermain Anduze Robinson (Clyde Jr.), Daughter, Nicole Anduze Carmichael (John), Son, Jamal Anduze. Brothers: Sinclair McLean, Vincent Hendrickson, and Zechariah McLean. Sisters: Emily Gabriel and Louisa Barry. Elizabeh had thirteen beautiful grandchildren: James, Randy, Paula, Ashley, Tiara, Lamel, Elijah, Stephen, Shaina, Ramari, Antonio, Jaylon, and Aria. Elizabeh also had four great grandchildren.
