Claudina Aponte

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Claudina Aponte, a beloved individual whose vibrant presence brought joy and inspiration to all those fortunate enough to have known her. Claudina departed this world on May 11th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in our hearts. Born on November 6th, 1938, Claudina graced the world with her presence. In 1958, Claudina met Hector M. Aponte and his two sons, Hector Jr., and Jose. Shortly thereafter on April 18th, 1959, Claudina and Hector were married and went on to have three children, Josefina, Tony, and Julio. One of Claudina's remarkable attributes was her impeccable sense of style and her ability to dress in a manner that left a lasting impression on all who encountered her. Whether it was a casual gathering or a formal occasion, Claudina always had a unique way of turning heads with her impeccable taste and attention to detail. Beyond her exceptional fashion sense, Claudina was an incredibly loving and devoted individual. She possessed a boundless capacity for empathy, always extending a helping hand to those in need. Her friends and family remember her as a pillar of strength and a source of unwavering support. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved, leaving an indelible mark on their lives. In the wake of Claudina's passing, we find solace in the memories we shared and the lessons she imparted upon us. Her legacy will continue to live on through the lives she touched and the indelible impressions she left behind. Let us remember Claudina as a beacon of light, a symbol of grace, and a source of inspiration for us all. Claudina is survived by her loving family; daughter, Josefina Seda and her husband, Wilfredo; her son, Tony E. Aponte; her son, Julio E. Aponte and his wife, Alejandra; her son, Hector M. Aponte Jr., and her son, Jose A. Aponte. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. While we grieve her loss, let us also celebrate her life and the enduring impact she had on each of us. May her soul find eternal peace, and may we carry her memory in our hearts, forever grateful for the privilege of having known Claudina Aponte. Rest in peace, Mamá. You will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
