July 5, 1969 - April 10, 2021
"To have been loved so deeply, even though the person who loved us is gone, will give us some protection forever." – Albus Dumbledore Robert Troy Chambers, 51, of Poinciana, FL, passed away on April 10th after a brave battle with complications arising from COVID. Robert was born on July 5th, 1969 to Joe and Susie Chambers in Dallas, TX. He graduated from Harleton High School in 1987, where he played the trombone in the marching band. He worked for over a decade for Universal Studios in Orlando, FL and loved his job and the park. In 1986, he met Sheila Suzzann Evans. It was love at first sight. They would later marry and have two children, Jacob Troy and Joseph Alexander. Robert was a caring, hard-working husband and father, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of Jacob, Joey, and Sheila and always did his best to support them. Robert was also a passionate fan of Star Wars and Harry Potter, spending time at Universal and Disney theme parks with his family, watching movies and playing video games with his sons. He was a gregarious person, who enjoyed talking with everyone. Robert is awaited in Heaven by his parents and his older brother, Joe Jr. He is survived by his wife Sheila and sons Jacob and Joey, his brothers Steven and Stuart, and numerous extended family members who loved him and will miss him dearly. There will be a memorial for family and friends to be held at a later date.
