Linda L. DeRosa

September 4, 1943 - March 31, 2021

Linda L. DeRosa, 77, of St. Cloud, passed away peacefully after a short but valiant battle with cancer on March 31, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born on September 4, 1943 to Gerald and Yolanda (Lemme) Hebert in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel C. DeRosa and her brother Gerald Hebert. Linda is survived by her husband, Daniel DeRosa, daughter, Michele Samuelson, son-in-law, Guy Samuelson, their children, Brianna and Erik, sister, Nancy Hebert, all of St. Cloud, Florida; bother, Steve Hebert, sister-in-law, Maureen Hebert of Hernando Beach, Florida; grandson, Coty Pennywell of Danbury, Connecticut, as well as several nieces and nephews. Linda was incredibly amusing, selfless, the best gift-giver, fantastic at holiday decorating, a shopaholic, a great cook/baker, she had the best laugh, and a true angel here on this earth. She would go out of her way for anyone at any time. Anyone who has ever met her, had to love her because that’s just who she was. She was a gift, a gem, a truly one-of a kind person that will be sorely missed. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 pm in the chapel of Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee. A wake service will be conducted at 7:00 pm during the visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church beginning at 11:00 am. Arrangements are under the care of Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Funeral Home and Crematory, 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Masks are required.
