Esmeraldo Diaz

July 1, 1927 - April 8, 2022

On April 8,2022 Esmeraldo Diaz went to his Eternal rest. He was 94 years young. The greatest father; because he was THE GREATEST to US his children was called to be reunited with the love of his life, our mom Noemi Diaz. There he’ll abide in heaven evermore!! Esmeraldo was a selfless man. His love and kindness for others was unmatched. His legacy is one that reached beyond borders and I pray it will multiply to infinity and beyond through those who’s lives he was able to touch. Esmeraldo was born on July 1st, 1927 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Son of Esmeraldo Diaz Sr. and Francisca Resto both previously departed. He was the youngest sibling to 2 brothers and 3 sisters all of which are deceased. Esmeraldo moved from Puerto Rico to New York in his early 20’s. In New York he lived a full and wondrous life which included finding the love of his life...Noemi Diaz whom had 3 children from a previous marriage. Together they had 2 children; Esmeraldo (Tito) and Elaine. He lived in New York up until 1990 when he and his wife moved to Florida. Esmeraldo was a man well loved not only by his wife and children but by ALL that encountered him in his journey through our world. Esmeraldo was a full time Husband, Papa, Grandfather and Friend. You are all welcome to come and Celebrate my dad’s life with us on: Tuesday April 12th, 2022 from 5:00pm-9:00pm (Memorial service at 7:00pm) Burial will be on Wednesday April 13th, 2022 at 10:00am.
