Catherine Elaine Collins, 58, of St. Cloud, passed away on January 22, 2022. She was born on September 27, 1963 to Walter and Barbara (Farr) Ellis in Orlando, Florida. Catherine worked as a Office Manager. She is survived by her three sons whom she loved so very much; Brandon Keith Freitag of St. Cloud, Chace Allen Clay of Poca, West Virginia, and Shae Paul Collins of St. Cloud; two brothers, Clay Albert Freitag of St. Cloud, Nicholas Douglas Harvey of Winter Garden, FL and a granddaughter, Aubrey Mae Collins of St. Cloud, whom she adored. Catherine loved going to the beach; the beach was her serenity. She finally gets to be a mermaid! Her family loved her dearly as she loved them, and she will be greatly missed.
