Online Condolences
From: Mike and Pam Boerger   Mechanicsburg
Relationship:  friend

First of all we want to express our feeling of personal loss at the passing of Bill. Back seveal years ago Bill and Ruth gave a thirty year old "boy" a chance to realize his goal to farm as his family had done. Bill and Ruth took a chance and rented their farm to this "boy". Now at 56 years, this "boy" is still farming, is a resident of the Mechanicsburg area, and owns several hundred acres in Madison and Champapign Counties. He is also a civic leader including an elected Township Trustee. He is also a county chair of "Kasich for Governor" the Republican canidate in Ohio and active in the Republican party. The last few days I wondered how my life have turned out all because of Bill and Ruth giving me a chance to farm. They were a major part of making who I am today. Hopefully Bill thought that taking that chance on me paid off. God Bless.
