As a staff member for Kissimmee Parks & Rec. The stories of Joe's generosity in the community and his trips to cart the less fortunate players around town are legendary. I am so sorry to hear of his unfortunate early passing. The Creator knows, he has earned his wings!!! May He bless your family during your time of loss.
